Don't forget to send swim suits, towels and a bagged lunch for our last day of swimming this spring. We will leave the school around 11:45 and return around 2PM.
We are observing the butterfly life cycle first hand in the classroom. Our painted lady caterpillars arrived this week and have grown already!
JUMP ROPE FOR HEART
The kick off for this worthy fund & awareness-raiser is coming soon. Keep your eyes open for details!
Whenever possible, please have your child read every night and complete the homework calendar. This can be done independently, but it also offers a great time to bond with your child if you have the time. Monday to Thursday, students should also be doing their word work. All together, this should not be taking more than about twenty to thirty minutes most nights. If you only have time for one activity, reading should be your first choice. Thank you for your support.
I will be adding some photo to our class website this weekend. You can access the site anytime through the link of the Rayleigh home page.
Enjoy your weekend,
